Booking Appointments...

As a courtesy to all our clients, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered too. Treatments that begin late will still finish at the appointed time, so not to inconvenience other clients. Please allow plenty of time to get to your treatment waiting lounge where you can relax before the treatment ahead where your therapist will come and greet you.

When booking an appointment using a gift voucher you will be asked for the voucher number to confirm your booking. Your voucher is your deposit and the cost of your deposit will be deducted if 24 hours cancellation notice is not given. Joint or group bookings require a deposit.

Payment and cancellation fee

Please note that only credit card, cheques or cash are accepted. You are required to give at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or change an appointment, otherwise a cancellation fee may apply.
